One-Year Limited Warranty

At Valgard Works, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to delivering reliable wellness equipment designed for long-term performance and customer satisfaction.

All Valgard Works products are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use during the warranty period. If a manufacturing defect is identified within one year of delivery, Valgard Works will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective component;
  • Provide replacement parts;
  • Replace the product; or
  • Offer another reasonable remedy as determined by our support team.

Replacement parts or products may be new, refurbished, or equivalent in performance and functionality.

What Is Covered

The warranty applies to defects resulting from:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials;
  • Defects in workmanship;
  • Failure of covered components under normal intended use;
  • Structural defects caused by manufacturing errors.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic damage, including minor scratches, dents, or discoloration;
  • Damage caused during transportation that is not reported within the required inspection period;
  • Improper installation, assembly, maintenance, or operation;
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications;
  • Damage resulting from environmental conditions, natural disasters, flooding, fire, lightning, or other acts of nature;
  • Commercial use beyond product specifications;
  • Consumable items or routine maintenance requirements;
  • Damage resulting from improper electrical, plumbing, or site preparation.

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers are responsible for:

  • Following all installation, operation, and maintenance instructions;
  • Using the product only for its intended purpose;
  • Performing routine maintenance as recommended;
  • Retaining proof of purchase and order documentation.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Valgard Works with:

  • Order number or proof of purchase;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Photographs or videos showing the defect, if applicable;
  • Any additional information requested by our support team.

Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valgard Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any product, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of use, or personal inconvenience.

The remedies provided under this warranty are the customer's exclusive remedies for any covered warranty claim.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to This Warranty

Valgard Works reserves the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect warranty coverage already in effect for existing purchases.
