At Valgard Works, every product is built with quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are made to order, production and fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.

By placing an order with Valgard Works, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping and production timelines outlined below.

Order Processing Time

All orders undergo a processing period before entering production and shipment.

Processing Time:
3–7 business days

During this stage, we verify order details, prepare production schedules, confirm inventory requirements, and coordinate fulfillment logistics.

Please note that order processing times are separate from production and shipping transit times.

Made-to-Order Production Timeline

Many Valgard Works products are manufactured or assembled after an order is placed to ensure quality control and product consistency.

Estimated Production & Fulfillment Time:
20–40 business days

Production timelines may vary based on:

  • Product type and size
  • Customization requirements
  • Material availability
  • Seasonal demand
  • Manufacturing schedules
  • Freight carrier capacity

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment and assigned to an appropriate carrier.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination location
  • Carrier schedules
  • Freight network conditions
  • Weather events
  • Customs clearance (if applicable)
  • Local delivery availability

Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information when available.

Freight Deliveries

Large products such as saunas, cold plunges, ice baths, and related wellness equipment may be shipped via freight carriers.

Customers may be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment when required.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

  • The delivery address is accurate.
  • Adequate access exists for delivery vehicles.
  • Any site preparation requirements are completed prior to delivery.

Additional fees may apply for missed appointments, re-delivery attempts, storage charges, remote locations, or special delivery requests.

Delivery Inspections

Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery.

If visible shipping damage is present:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
  2. Take photographs of the packaging and product.
  3. Notify Valgard Works as soon as possible.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect the ability to process freight claims.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many products enter production shortly after purchase, order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.

Customers requesting changes should contact our team immediately after placing an order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Valgard Works is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Manufacturing delays
  • Material shortages
  • Freight carrier disruptions
  • Port congestion
  • Customs delays
  • Severe weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Government actions or regulations
