Returns & Refunds

At Valgard Works, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and exceptional customer service. Because many of our products are made to order and manufactured specifically for each customer, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 48 hours, orders may have already entered production, material allocation, or fulfillment scheduling and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Requests submitted after the cancellation window may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be approved if production has already begun.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Valgard Works products are manufactured, assembled, or customized after an order is placed.

Because these products are made to order:

  • Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Customized, special-order, and made-to-order products are non-refundable after production starts.

Return Eligibility

If a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in like-new condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • All accessories, manuals, hardware, and included components must be returned.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to additional deductions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built products
  • Made-to-order products already in production
  • Special-order items
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper installation
  • Products modified after delivery
  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items
  • Products missing major components or packaging

Return Authorization Required

Customers must obtain written authorization from Valgard Works before returning any product.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

To request a return authorization, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is the result of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error caused by Valgard Works, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Freight transportation charges
  • Packaging costs
  • Insurance costs associated with return shipment

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, administrative, and logistics costs.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Products

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and product.
  2. Retain all original packaging materials.
  3. Notify Valgard Works within 5 business days of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect the ability to process a claim with the carrier.

Where applicable, Valgard Works may provide replacement parts, repairs, product replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

Refund amounts may be reduced by:

  • Restocking fees
  • Return shipping charges
  • Freight costs
  • Damaged or missing components

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery without prior authorization from Valgard Works may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return freight charges
  • Carrier handling fees
  • A 25% restocking fee

These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Valgard Works and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks involving products that have already shipped may be disputed with supporting documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Valgard Works reserves the right to determine return eligibility, warranty coverage, and refund amounts in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
