Financing & Third-Party Payment Providers
Financing services offered through third-party providers are subject to the terms, conditions, and approval requirements of the financing provider.
Valgard Works is not responsible for financing decisions, interest rates, payment schedules, account management, or disputes related to third-party financing arrangements.
Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, rejected, reversed, or otherwise fails:
- The order may be delayed or canceled.
- Shipment may be withheld until payment is successfully completed.
- Additional verification may be required before order processing resumes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate billing information.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Valgard Works directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated for a valid order that has already entered production, shipped, or been delivered, Valgard Works reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to the payment processor and pursue all available remedies under applicable law.
Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, Valgard Works may:
- Verify billing and shipping information;
- Request identity verification;
- Contact customers to confirm order details;
- Cancel orders identified as potentially fraudulent.
Orders flagged for fraud review may experience processing delays.
Subscription Services
If Valgard Works offers subscription products or recurring billing services in the future, any applicable recurring charges, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.
Limitation of Liability
Valgard Works shall not be responsible for delays, losses, fees, or damages resulting from payment processor outages, banking errors, declined transactions, financing provider decisions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
